Web apps & SaaS: Idea to launch. One team, no handoffs.
Most products don’t fail on the big idea. They fail at the handoffs: pitch deck to mockup, mockup to code, code to the people who have to use it.
We avoid them by having one small team do the design and the build. The people who sketch your onboarding flow in Figma also build it in Next.js, test it, and ship it. What you approve is what goes live.
Teams we’ve built for
You’ve got the idea and the deadline. Now you need the team.
- Three agencies quoted three timelines. None of them asked about your users.
- Your designer and your developers have never been in the same meeting.
- The prototype got you funded. Now it has to become a product people pay for.
- You need auth, billing, dashboards, and an admin panel. You’d rather not spend the budget reinventing them.
- You want one accountable team, not a relay race of freelancers.
What we can help with
Pick what you need. Most projects use several of these, all delivered by the same team.
Discovery & product strategy
We turn the idea into a written brief covering users, jobs to be done, the must-haves, and what waits for version two.
UX & interface design
Flows and wireframes first, then polished UI in Figma. Our designers know what each screen costs to build.
Full-stack engineering
Typed, tested Next.js and Node.js on Postgres, structured so the next feature is as easy to add as this one.
SaaS foundations
Authentication, roles, teams, billing, email, and admin tooling: the plumbing every product needs, done properly once.
Payments & integrations
Stripe, SSLCommerz, couriers, and CRMs, wired in with retries and idempotency. A duplicate webhook still ships one order.
Launch & handover
We deploy, set up monitoring and analytics, and write the docs. Then a walkthrough, so your team can run it without us.
From first call to handover.
- Step 01
Discover
A structured questionnaire and a call. We map your users and their constraints, and every assumption goes in writing.
- Step 02
Design
Key flows and screens in Figma, reviewed with you early while changes are still cheap.
- Step 03
Build in phases
Foundation, core, then launch. Each milestone ends with working software you can click through.
- Step 04
Launch & hand over
We deploy to production, document everything, and walk your team through it so they own what we built.
- A written product brief and a fixed-scope proposal
- Figma designs for every screen we build
- A production web and/or mobile app, deployed to your accounts
- Source code in your repository from day one
- Technical documentation and a live handover walkthrough
Tools we reach for
- Next.js
- React
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Prisma / Drizzle
- Stripe
- Vercel / Cloudflare
- Founders turning a validated idea into a first real product
- Companies launching a new product alongside their core business
- Teams replacing a spreadsheet-and-duct-tape workflow with proper software
Where we’ve done this before.

Marketplace
Zantrik Certified Car
Used-car certification for Bangladesh, with a marketplace for certified cars and an investment portal behind it.

Healthtech
Access Doctor
A UK online pharmacy. Patients answer a short medical questionnaire, a prescriber reviews it, and treatment ships.

E-commerce
Ride On
Car care e-commerce for a Dhaka retailer, plus a partner network that pays garages for every sale they send.
Good questions, straight answers.
Something we missed? Ask us directly. A person will answer, not a bot.
01Do you only build web apps?
No, we build for iOS and Android too. When a product needs web and mobile, a Next.js web app and an Expo app usually share one TypeScript codebase. Features then land on every platform together.
02Can we bring our own designs?
Yes. We’ll review them for buildability and gaps before we quote. If you don’t have designs yet, design is part of the engagement.
03How is a project priced?
Fixed scope, fixed price, paid against milestones. Before work starts, the written proposal lists what we’ll deliver and what we won’t.
04What if we want to change something mid-build?
Good ideas show up mid-project, and that’s normal. We scope and quote each change separately, so you decide whether it’s worth it. Nothing gets quietly absorbed or quietly billed.
05Who owns the code and designs?
You do. We work in your repositories and accounts from the start, and everything is yours at handover.
Often paired with
AI features & agents
LLM features, RAG, and agents built into your product, with evals and guardrails so they hold up after launch.
Mobile apps
Expo and React Native apps that share TypeScript with your web app, plus App Store and Google Play submission.
Design systems
Figma libraries and coded components kept in sync, and front-ends that stay fast as the product grows.
