Zantrik Certified Car
Buying a used car means trusting a seller you have never met. Zantrik wanted to take the guesswork out. We built one platform for it: a certification that owners book, a marketplace for certified cars, and a portal where investors fund the cars Zantrik buys.
The challenge
Most cars on Bangladesh's roads are old, and most owners repair them only after something breaks. Selling one can take three to six months. Buyers don't trust the condition, and nobody stands behind the car once it is sold. Zantrik already had the mechanics and the garages. It needed a product that turns an inspection into something a buyer can rely on, plus the money to buy cars quickly.
- Trust: buyers walk away from cars they cannot check, so sellers show the same car to buyer after buyer.
- Cost: without a health check, small faults grow into large repair bills.
- Capital: buying a car within 24 hours of an offer takes money up front.
Our approach
We built one platform with three doors: Sell, Buy and Invest. An owner books a certification and Zantrik's team inspects the car. The result is a health report for 25 key parts, with repair cover attached. That report travels with the car onto its marketplace listing, so a buyer reads the condition before making the trip. Investors see the platform from the other side: the cars and garages their money goes into.
Certification booking
- Two packages: Standard at BDT 4,990 and Premium at BDT 9,990.
- Premium reports the health of 25 key parts and how long each is likely to last. It covers up to 90% of repair costs within the cover period, and adds a free GPS tracker.
- Booking asks for the make, the model year and the reason. Some owners want lower repair bills. Others want to sell fast.
Certified-car marketplace
- Listings filter by condition (new, almost new, used) and fuel type. Each card shows a fixed price, the mileage and the potential saving from the cover.
- Every listing carries the certification highlights: the 25-point check, accident history clearance, expected part life and repair cover.
- Extras are listed per car, including free GPS tracking, scratch cover up to BDT 10,000 and an optional car loan for 2017 and newer models.
- Buyers contact the seller from the listing, with safety guidance beside the button.
Sell fast
- Owners register the car, book an inspection and get an offer from Zantrik. The aim is a sale within 24 hours.
Investment portal
- Car flips: Zantrik buys used cars, upgrades them where needed and sells them as certified cars. Investors receive 40% of the profit.
- Each investor registers with an amount range, and can commit early for priority before a car is bought.
- Garage projects sit beside the cars. Each Zantrik Digital Garage location shows its minimum investment, a target annual return of 20 to 25% and quarterly payouts.

The outcome
Zantrik runs certification, resale and investment from one platform. More than 1,000 certifications have gone through it. Garage projects around Dhaka are open to investors.
