Design systems: Design and code that finally agree.
Every growing product hits the same wall: five shades of the same blue, three button components, and a Figma file that stopped matching production a year ago. Each new screen takes longer than the last.
We build design systems as products, not style guides. Tokens, components, and docs live in both Figma and code, owned by one team. The product looks consistent, and new screens ship faster.
Teams we’ve built for
Every new screen takes longer than the last one did.
- Designers and developers argue about which version is “right”.
- There are four date pickers in the codebase, and none of them are accessible.
- A rebrand means touching hundreds of files.
- Your web and mobile apps look like distant cousins.
- Bundles keep growing and pages keep slowing, but nobody owns the front-end.
What we can help with
Pick what you need. Most projects use several of these, all delivered by the same team.
Design tokens
Colour, type, spacing, and radius as one source of truth, flowing from Figma into web and mobile code.
Component libraries
Accessible, typed React and React Native components on solid primitives, shipped with docs and tests in versioned releases.
Figma libraries
A structured Figma library that mirrors the code, so designers design with what actually exists.
Documentation
Usage guidelines, examples, and do’s and don’ts, so the right choice is the easy one for people and AI tools alike.
Front-end performance
Smaller bundles and fewer wasted re-renders, measured before and after so you can see the gain.
Adoption & migration
Rolling the system out screen by screen, with codemods and pairing, so teams actually use it.
From first call to handover.
- Step 01
Audit
We inventory what exists in Figma and in code, and find the inconsistencies costing you most.
- Step 02
Foundations
Tokens and primitives first, then core components, agreed by design and engineering together.
- Step 03
Build out
Components and docs in code, plus the Figma library, delivered in phases alongside real product work.
- Step 04
Adopt
Priority screens migrated, and hands-on support until the system is your team’s default.
- Design tokens shared between Figma and code
- A documented, accessible component library
- A Figma library that matches production
- Priority screens migrated to the system
- Contribution guidelines so the system keeps evolving
Tools we reach for
- Figma
- React
- React Native
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- shadcn/ui
- Scale-ups whose product has outgrown its first UI
- Companies with web and mobile apps that should feel like one product
- Teams preparing for a rebrand or a major redesign
Where we’ve done this before.
Good questions, straight answers.
Something we missed? Ask us directly. A person will answer, not a bot.
01We’re a small team. Do we need a design system?
You need a small one. A handful of tokens and well-built core components pays for itself quickly, even for a team of two. It can grow with you.
02Can you build on our existing components?
Usually, yes. We audit what you have first and keep what’s solid. Rebuilding everything is rarely the best use of your budget.
03Does it live in our codebase or a separate package?
Whichever fits. For one product, components can live in the app; for several, we set up a versioned package in a monorepo.
04How do you handle accessibility?
Components are built to WCAG AA from the start, with keyboard support, focus management, contrast, and screen-reader labels. Every screen that uses them inherits that.
05Will it work with AI coding tools?
Yes. Clear tokens, typed components, and written usage docs give AI tools the context to generate consistent UI that matches the brand.
Often paired with
Web apps & SaaS
SaaS products, dashboards, and customer portals. The same people design them in Figma and build them in Next.js.
- Fixed fee
UX audit
A fixed-fee review of your key user flows by designers who also build. Fixes come ranked by impact and effort.
- Fixed fee
Performance audit
A fixed-fee audit of why your web or React Native app feels slow. Every fix is measured and ranked by its gain.
