Team augmentation: Experienced engineers, no hiring cycle.
Hiring senior people takes months you don’t have. Contractors come and go and take the context with them. Meanwhile, the roadmap doesn’t wait.
We embed Relogic engineers and designers in your team. They join your stand-ups, work in your repo, and follow your process. Each one brings habits from years of client projects: clean pull requests, written decisions, and a bias for getting things live.
Teams we’ve built for
The roadmap keeps growing. The team doesn’t.
- A key hire fell through, and the launch date didn’t move.
- Your team is strong on the back-end, but nobody really owns front-end or mobile.
- You need someone senior to set patterns, not just close tickets.
- Freelancers ship a feature, then leave with all the context.
- You want help, not an agency that vanishes for six weeks and comes back with a surprise.
What we can help with
Pick what you need. Most projects use several of these, all delivered by the same team.
Front-end engineers
React and Next.js specialists who can own a feature end to end and raise the bar on the code around it.
Mobile engineers
React Native and Expo engineers to start your app, or speed up the one you have.
Full-stack engineers
TypeScript across the stack (APIs, databases, and the UI on top) for teams that need range.
Product designers
Code-literate designers who work inside your product team, from research to polished UI.
Technical leadership
Architecture reviews, code-review standards, and mentoring that lift the whole team, not just the tickets we touch.
Flexible capacity
Scale up for a launch and back down afterwards. You don’t restart a hiring process each time.
From first call to handover.
- Step 01
Match
We learn your stack, your team, and the gap, then propose people who fit.
- Step 02
Onboard
Access and a working environment, then a small first task. Shipping something early builds trust fastest.
- Step 03
Embed
Your stand-ups, your board, your review process. We work as part of the team, because we are.
- Step 04
Review & adjust
Regular check-ins on fit and output, with capacity adjusted as your roadmap changes.
- Experienced engineers and designers embedded in your team and tools
- Shipped features, reviewed to a high standard
- Documented decisions and patterns your team can reuse
- Knowledge shared openly, not locked in our heads
- Capacity that flexes with your roadmap
Tools we reach for
- React
- Next.js
- React Native
- Expo
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- Figma
- Startups between a funding round and a full hiring plan
- Scale-ups with a launch deadline and a gap in the team
- Engineering teams who need front-end or React Native depth they don’t have in-house
Good questions, straight answers.
Something we missed? Ask us directly. A person will answer, not a bot.
01How is this different from hiring freelancers?
Our engineers come with a team behind them: a second Relogic engineer reviews their code, standards are shared, and someone covers if they’re away. The context stays with the team, not one person.
02What about time zones?
We’re in Dhaka (GMT+6) and agree overlap hours up front for stand-ups and pairing. Written, async-friendly habits cover the rest.
03What’s the minimum engagement?
It depends on the role and the work. We’ll suggest what fits your roadmap on the first call. If a short engagement wouldn’t give you real value, we’ll say so.
04Can you augment our team and deliver a project too?
Yes. Some clients start with embedded engineers and later hand us a whole product to deliver. Others start with a project and add engineers later.
05Who manages the day-to-day work?
You do. Our people work within your process and priorities. We stay involved on quality and fit, so you’re never handling a problem alone.
Often paired with
Web apps & SaaS
SaaS products, dashboards, and customer portals. The same people design them in Figma and build them in Next.js.
Mobile apps
Expo and React Native apps that share TypeScript with your web app, plus App Store and Google Play submission.
Design systems
Figma libraries and coded components kept in sync, and front-ends that stay fast as the product grows.
