Hotel 12Nine
A booking network that turns a full front desk into a referral fee instead of a lost guest.

The challenge
Peak season in Cox's Bazar plays out the same way every year. One hotel is full. It turns guests away at the desk. Two streets over, another hotel has empty rooms and never hears about them. The guest walks the streets looking, the first hotel earns nothing, and the second keeps its rooms empty.
Our approach
We built a network the front desk can use in seconds. Managers list their free rooms each day. Each gets a referral rent. When their own hotel is full, they search by room size and see results sorted by real distance from their door. One booking holds the guest's details, the check-in time and the full money split.
Commission handled by the system
- Each booking stores the rent, the platform's share, the referring manager's share and what the host hotel keeps.
- Percentages come from admin settings and can differ per manager. Changing them never rewrites past bookings.
Availability that resets itself
- A scheduled job clears every room slot at midnight, so the network never shows yesterday's rooms.
Three views of the network
- Managers see their rooms, bookings, earnings and referral commission.
- Admins see every booking, every manager and the commission settings.
- A public page explains the network and takes enquiries from new hotels.
The outcome
Full hotels earn from guests they would have lost. Partner hotels fill empty rooms. The guest gets a bed without searching.
