Amar Garage
A landing site that lets ordinary people fund Zantrik's network of digital garages in Dhaka, one garage at a time.

The challenge
Zantrik serves more than 150,000 vehicle owners and plans 10 to 15 digital garages across Dhaka to look after them. Garages take capital. Zantrik chose to raise it from the public, which meant explaining a garage investment clearly enough for someone with BDT 20,000 to commit. The site also had to collect that interest without taking payment itself.
- Two kinds of investor: savers who want a quarterly profit, and partners who want to own part of a garage from BDT 5 lakh.
- Garages at different stages: two already open, others planned for areas where demand is still unproven.
- Payment outside the site: money is paid at the garage, at Zantrik's office, and in the Zantrik app.
Our approach
We built the site and the backend behind it, with one job: turn interest into a pledge for a specific garage. Every garage gets its own page with its address, a map link and what makes it digital. As the investor picks an amount, the page shows the maximum yearly profit at 25%. The form then takes contact details, with an international phone field that validates numbers for investors outside Bangladesh.
One page per garage
- Open garages show the address, a map link and the floor area: 8,000 sq ft in Mohakhali, 7,500 sq ft in Uttara.
- Planned garages say so plainly. A location opens once at least 50 people register interest.
- Each page lists what the garage does today and what comes next: servicing now, then spare parts, overnight service, certified used cars and a driver hiring hub.
- Investment per garage is capped. Pledges are first come, first served.
From interest to payment
- Amounts run from BDT 20,000 to over BDT 1,000,000, and the profit estimate updates as the investor picks.
- The form posts to a leads API on Zantrik's order service. Each pledge becomes an Amar Garage order in the Zantrik app, linked to its garage and amount.
- After submitting, the investor sees a confirmation page and gets the next steps by email.
- Payment happens at the garage, at Zantrik's office, and in the Zantrik app by card and bKash. The app can split it into 12 monthly instalments.
Content the team can edit
- Pages are built from Prismic slices (hero, garage list, where the money goes, FAQ). Zantrik can add a location, photos and video without a code change.
- Eleven common questions are answered on the page, from expected returns to visiting a garage before investing.
- Structured data describes the organisation, services, offers, FAQs and reviews, so search engines and AI assistants read the offer correctly.
The outcome
Amar Garage gives Zantrik a public front door for its garage expansion. Two garages are open and seven more locations are taking registrations. Every pledge lands in Zantrik's order system, tied to a garage and an amount.
- BDT 20,000 minimum investment
- 20 to 25% target annual return, with garage ownership from BDT 5 lakh
- 9 garage locations listed, 2 already open
